101 Reasons to Study Ballet - Reason # 6 Meet Friends

Many of my students make friends for life in their ballet classes. Attending ballet class is a shared experience. You can discuss ballet technique, dance TV shows, performances, goals and share triumphs and disasters in your dance experience.  A friend whose understanding and support, whose opinion you value at once for its justness and its sincerity can help you dance better. When you find people who like what you like and have a common goal - to dance the best you can  - you will find good friends. As a teacher - please don't talk during class!!! But meet that friend before and after class and have a great time with your ballet friends.
